By accessing or using the ESTECH HUB. CI AFRICA Ltd Academy platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. ESTECH reserves the right to suspend accounts found to contain false information.

• Course access is granted upon successful payment verification by an ESTECH administrator.
• Payments are non-refundable once course access has been granted.
• Access PINs are personal and non-transferable.
• ESTECH reserves the right to revoke access for violations of these Terms.

Students are expected to complete all assessments honestly and independently. The following are prohibited:

• Sharing exam questions or answers with other students
• Using unauthorized materials during timed assessments
• Impersonating another student
• Any form of cheating or academic dishonesty

Violations may result in permanent account suspension and revocation of any certificates issued.

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all course requirements, including session tests and the final examination. ESTECH HUB. CI AFRICA Ltd certificates are:

• Issued exclusively by ESTECH HUB. CI AFRICA Ltd
• Verifiable through the platform's certificate verification system
• Non-transferable and tied to the individual student

ESTECH reserves the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraudulent means.

• Ambassador status is granted at ESTECH's sole discretion following application review.
• Incentive payments are calculated monthly based on verified referrals and paid in the ambassador's local currency.
• Referral counts reset each month after payment is processed.
• Ambassadors must not engage in misleading, false, or aggressive marketing on behalf of ESTECH.
• ESTECH may suspend or terminate ambassador status for policy violations.

• Internship placement is subject to availability and admin approval.
• Interns must submit weekly logbook entries honestly and on time.
• Completion letters are issued only upon satisfactory performance throughout the internship period.

All course content, materials, videos, and resources on the Platform are owned by ESTECH HUB. CI AFRICA Ltd or its licensors. You may not:

• Download, copy, or redistribute course materials without written permission
• Use ESTECH branding or content for commercial purposes
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post harmful, offensive, or illegal content in community features
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Spam or engage in unsolicited commercial communications

ESTECH HUB. CI AFRICA Ltd provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or guaranteed outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

ESTECH may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also request account deletion by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to course materials will be revoked, though certificate records will be retained for verification purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Côte d'Ivoire. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Côte d'Ivoire.

ESTECH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice.
