The 9 Steps to Graduation
Follow these steps in order. Each one leads directly to the next.
Create Your Account
Click "Sign In" at the top of the page. If you don't have an account, you'll be prompted to create one using your email address. It's completely free!
- Click "Sign In" button at the top
- Enter your email and create a password
- Verify your email address
Fill in Your Registration
Once logged in, go to the Register page. Fill in your personal details, choose your department (the course you want to study), and select which cohort (intake period) you want to join.
- Go to "Register" in the navigation menu
- Fill in your name, phone, country, city
- Choose your preferred department
- Select your cohort (program start date)
- Upload your passport photo
Make Your Payment
After registering, go to the Payment page to see the program fee. You'll find clear instructions on how to pay — whether by bank transfer, mobile money, or other methods available in your country.
- Go to "Payment" in the navigation menu
- Follow the payment instructions for your country
- Take a clear photo/screenshot of your payment receipt
- Upload your receipt on the payment page
Receive Your Access PIN
Once our team verifies your payment (usually within 24–48 hours), you'll receive an email with your unique Access PIN. This PIN unlocks all your course materials — keep it secret and safe!
- Wait for payment verification (24–48 hours)
- Check your email for your Access PIN
- Also check your Spam folder just in case
Enter PIN & Start Learning
Go to "My Learning" in the navigation. Click on your department. You'll be asked to enter your PIN. Once entered, you now have FULL access to all 12 weeks of lecture notes, videos, and tests!
- Go to "My Learning" in the menu
- Click on your department/course
- Enter your Access PIN when prompted
- Start with Week 1 — Lecture Note + Video
Study Week by Week
The program runs for 12 weeks. Each week has a lecture note to read and a video to watch. For Weeks 1–10, there's also a short test. Week 11 is a FREE revision week. Week 12 is your Final Exam.
- Read the lecture note for each week
- Watch the video tutorial
- Take the weekly test (Weeks 1–10)
- Mark your attendance each week
- Revise in Week 11
Pass All 10 Weekly Tests
Each week has a 20-question test. You need to score at least 12/20 (60%) to pass. You must pass ALL 10 tests to unlock the Final Exam. If you fail a test, don't worry — review the material and try again!
- Complete all 10 weekly tests
- Score at least 60% (12 out of 20) each time
- Once all 10 tests are passed, Final Exam unlocks
Take the Final Exam
After passing all 10 weekly tests, the Final Exam (Week 12) unlocks automatically. It's 50 questions in 2 hours. Score at least 30/50 (60%) to pass and qualify for graduation. You get one retake if needed.
- Make sure all 10 weekly tests are passed
- Go to your course and click "Take Final Exam"
- Answer 50 questions within 2 hours
- Score at least 30/50 to pass
🎓 Graduate & Get Your Certificate
Once you pass the Final Exam, our admin team will issue your official ESTECH HUB. CI AFRICA Ltd certificate. Your certificate has a unique verification code that anyone can use to confirm it's genuine. Share it with employers, LinkedIn, and the world!
- Pass the Final Exam (30/50 or higher)
- Admin issues your certificate
- Go to "Certificate" in the menu to download it
- Share your achievement on LinkedIn and social media!
