Course Entry Requirements
ESTECH Academy runs professional certificate programs. Each of our 29 departments leads to a Professional Certificate in your chosen field — from the Professional Certificate in Cybersecurity to design, data, business, and beyond. These are the official admissions standards, approved by the Academic Office and applicable to all applicants, local and international.
1. General Requirements
Apply to every course offered by ESTECH Hub. CI Africa Ltd
- Minimum age of 16 years at the time of enrollment.
- A valid email address and an active mobile number (used for Access PIN delivery and official communication).
- Basic computer literacy — ability to operate a web browser, send email, and use a smartphone or computer.
- A reliable internet connection and a personal device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop).
- Working proficiency in English or French (our two languages of instruction), including basic written communication.
- Genuine commitment to complete a 12-week intensive program (approximately 6–10 hours of study per week).
- A one-time enrollment fee per department — either the standard fee or the reduced scholarship fee (see the Payment page).
- A government-issued identity document for identity verification during registration.

The Academic Office verifies your payment within 24–48 hours and issues a unique Access PIN by email.

Have these ready before you begin registration
Local Students (Across Africa)
- Government-issued ID — National ID card, Voter's Card, Driver's License, or Passport.
- Recent passport photograph (used for the Student ID Card and academic transcript).
- Proof-of-payment receipt (bank transfer or mobile money confirmation screenshot).
- Active email address and a reachable WhatsApp / phone number.
International Students (Outside Africa)
- Valid Passport (international identity verification).
- Recent passport photograph (used for the Student ID Card and academic transcript).
- Proof-of-payment receipt (international bank transfer / SWIFT confirmation).
- Active email address.
- Country of residence and city (for timezone-friendly session scheduling).
5. For Local & International Students

Payment
Pay via local methods — Naira bank transfer, CFA Wave / MOOV mobile money, or Ghana Cedis mobile money.
Identification
ID accepted: National ID, Voter's Card, Driver's License, or Passport.

Instruction available in English or French.

International Students (Outside Africa)
Payment
Pay via USD, EUR, or GBP bank transfer (Zenith Bank, SWIFT: ZEIBNGLA).
Identification
ID accepted: Valid Passport only.

6. Registration Fees
A one-time enrollment fee per department — standard or reduced scholarship rate
Fees are paid once per department on the Payment page. The scholarship pathway offers the same full 12-week program at a reduced token fee for students who cannot afford the standard fee.
