Master professional baking, pastry, and cake making through hands-on practical training. This 70% practical / 30% theory program teaches you baking fundamentals, ingredients and their functions, bread making, pastry dough, cake baking, frostings and decorations, cookies and biscuits, desserts, chocolate work, health baking, and business operations.
